Letters of Recommendation

I am being swamped with requests for letters of recommendation from students for graduate school admission. Some are asking me to write as many as 10 letters. My new policy is to write a letter to Georgia Tech and to no more than two other schools. Before bringing the forms to me, do the following:

Click here and use your keyboard to type the appropriate information in the blank fields. Print and attach a copy of the form to the recommendation letter forms. Bring them and a copy of your photograph to me at least 4 weeks before the due date.

If you are applying to Georgia Tech, and you are not using their online application process:

• Click here and use your keyboard to type the appropriate information in the blank fields. After you fill out the form, print it, sign the signature line, and bring it to me along with the Request for Letter of Recommendation form from above and a copy of your photograph.
• I will then complete the form here, and submit it with your signed form to the Graduate Office. (You do not have to give me a copy of this last form.)
